I can not remember to be the question.
If knowledge exists, why not practice ?
Not asking is ignorance.
Purpose is inquiry.
Freedom is discovers an alternate way of being .

Practice is a process . An action that reveals contact with the essential nature of Being. Surrendering into the unknown moment
opens the resonance of love. The repetition of conscious breathing generates harmonic oneness with the soul . Vanity is dissolved , attention is focused and our heart is breathing. An energy of love is illuminated within …….
love for oneself , love for a loved ones and universal love for others.

Conscious Prayer establishes the only necessary thing…. a loving insight that perceives beyond eyesight.

Be with It

Its alittle late to write. There is nothing to say. Is this a moment to explore and discover ?
Ive just wrote Kelly. She wants me to bring her prom dress on Wednesday and to be there
during Prom weekend in 11 days.

Its wonderful to sit and wonder” what is.” Is it similar to a hunger that wants something to metabolize into creative energy ? Is there something hidden beneath the surface that needs to be uncovered ? How can I ever find an entity
that dwells in such a subtle, gentle existence ?

Am I asking for a re-cognition for something omnipresent ? Is this a mystery that seeks validation ?
What is this that desires to receive a gift thats already been given in everything? Is this a process of being alive
in the moment and breathing
the living presence of life?

Live for grace

A relationship with silence reflects peace.
Intention illuminates the darkness of unknowing.
Stillness dissolves distraction.

Conscious breathing ignites dying embers.
Love generates constancy and balance.
Each moment is gratitude for grace.

The repetition of breathing creates subtle rhythm . It receives and gives with the smoothness of a metronome.Harmonic integration of musical resonance between each moment.

BREATHING

The breathing swings back and forth like a pendulum hanging down and the push and pull of
a pendulum inverted .
The pulse of the respiration repeats the harmony and melody of tones.,

Meditation practice

Today I was in TJ MAX in Lynchburg ,  Va.       Waiting for Donna I sat in a comfortable stuffed chair.
Closing my eyes in

meditation practice   my mind entered  into a  depth of stillness  and peace.

Following the footsteps of the breath…. felt like making triangles. The inbreath rose to 4 counts,

the  breath descended for 7 counts  and  out breath completed a triangle in 8 counts of exhalation.

I followed this practice for many moments. Donna had the front desk call my name.

Yesterday we took Lydia to the Blueridge Parkway. We had lunch in The Shenendoah national Park.

Lydia walked uphill over  a steep  and rocky path.    She was  excited and thrilled with the adventure.

We saw lots of small white white flowers. She picked up many fallen leaves After 45 minutes of our hike ,  as we were descending ,she put her head on my shoulder and said night-night falling asleep..

forgetting to remember

Tonight i remember that I have forgotten to write. I have nothing to say. We went to the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday tonight with Lydia. I had a good 45 minute practice  today in ole Special Purposes room at  ACAC.It felt so good to return to the stillness standing in the heart. It allows  the vessel to be afoat and boyant.I feel as is its easier to be breathed now that I have encountered those moments of silence.                        t

Our relationship to  breathing is the basis of the presence of peace of mind.

Stays OPEN

February 29th, 2008 § Leave a Comment

The heart that stays OPEN  breathes a subtle rhythm .  This harmony balances our capacity to respond.   Its a flowing cycle that moves back and forth beneath the surface of causality. Its living presence is the moment to moment respiration of life .

Where Am I?
