Donna went out to buy groceries.  Lydia asleep in basement…going  upstairs to listen to baby monitor.  Sitting on the bed… a… ” dont really feel  like writing feeling”   alerts  to return to the practice ofsettling down and opening up.  I stop  wandering mindlessly  and begin to focus on   theobject of my atttention. Is the  still center  the  vibrant  source of our orbit? Is writing a prayer?>  A meditation where the point of viiew become  refined so that one can hear and see more clearly?  Its thrilling to discover the presence of such a deeper  spaciousness…./Its as if ,   the presence of the moment  is revealed in the depth of  the heart. How can  I stay with this encounter ?  Is it a sacred place? How can I learn to be with the herenow moment? Its as if  solitude without distraction allows  the situation for this clarity to reveal itself within the coreand  essence of our consciousness. This laptop is a journal  to awaken that inner presence of overflowing happiness of contentment ?The existence of this way of being resonates with such a pure and subtle tone.I am so gratefullyresponsive to expeerience this liquid sound sound of silent music.I see a tufted titmouse outside the bedroom window digging for magnolia seeds . I also hear the first sounds of Lydia arrousing from her nap. This is a good place to conclude writing
